Burlington Poetry Workshop

December 15 @ 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm

In the BWW Poetry Workshop we read and talk about three of our member’s poems. Each session is a fabulous way to deepen your writing skills.

Our Poetry Worshop gathers every 1st & 3rd Thursday online at 6:30 EST (eastern time)

We read and then discuss each poem of the day, making comments on impact, form, poetics, etc. We share what works in the poem, and them what other techniques might be used to help polish the poem. If there is sufficient time left over, we talk about some pre-agreed upon general poetry topic.

MEETING: Only folks who register with Burlington Writers Workshop for the session will be given access.

CANCEL: PLEASE cancel your registration by saying you will not attend if you will not be in attendance, so people on the WAIT LIST will be able to fill that seat.

If after you’ve attended a full workshop session, you want to share a poem, go to: HERE to post your poem. Once there are three posting for our workshop, those will be the poems of the day.

Before requesting to have your own poem workshopped, please attend at least one group meeting.

Please become an official BWW member by filling out THIS form:
